1. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges for unused and unopened products within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank or payment provider.
